Join us at Heat Fitness on 14th April as we guide you through an expansive breathwork journey, to music, utilising a range of techniques to help you access deeper parts of your body and mind!
About Breath and Ice
After 40 mins of breathwork and relaxation, you will ease into an ice bath for 1-5 mins max. This will also be guided.
The transformative practice of Breathwork, coupled with the invigorating challenge of an ice bath, offers remarkable benefits, and can help you to unlock a new level of resilience, self-discovery, and strength.
